i had to rearrange it so it would stop clanking. clink clank like some hydraulic fucked metronome. i approached them quietly. they don't like to be interrupted while they're clanking. clink, clank, clink, clan*k-sighhh*. thankfully they have off-switches. spin the spinner and spin it again. no clank. so, sliding the rack forward. gonna find the clink while rolling its wheels, so that'd probably also get rid of the clank. move that lid so it wasn't clinking under pressure and clanking under gravity, and press we'll just both forget the whole thing happened… go. a cataleptic hum, echoing in my ears as the clink, and the clank |
