Greetings, Yugoites. I speak to you here at the dawn of the second qillenium of Yugo.
Sticklers may insist that, mathematically, the next qillenium does not start until post 2001, to which I respond: well, due to errors, deletion, testing, etc. we're probably nearer to 1900 posts, but what's the fun in waiting for post 2082 or whatnot to do this? There is no fun. You mathematicians have no sense of humor, and I am a brick.
At the founding of the Yugo, it was hard to fathom that, one day, we would have a Metric Shitload of posts on this site - and yet throughout, maintain the consistant level of Yugo Quality that you, the watsumer, have come to expect. So, I proudly speak to you at this post 2000, detailing the state of the Yugo.
The GDW (Gross Domestic Wat) is up. Sense Inflation is down. Yugo is internationally respected, and poised to conquer Poland, should Poland so desire (give us a ring, luv). We could not have done it without the work of many, and we thank you all.
We can be sure that only greater rambles, rants, raves, analyses, diatribes, lunacy, and qqq muthafucka will be in the posts/days ahead. We have been carried on the wings of a Yugoslavian beater. May the Yugo be in your thoughts, prayers, and cereal.
